Grilling out is the PERFECT way to have a fun, healthy get together.
We used an olive oil mister (which I love because it controls how much you), ground pepper, and Italian seasoning for all the veggies.
For the fish (tilapia & salmon) and chicken, we used olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, ground pepper, and Italian seasoning.
For the deer tenderloin, we used Dell’s sauce. (High in sodium- any suggestions for something else next time? We were trying to avoid the “gamey” taste.)
We also had corn on the cob (we even shucked it ourselves!) & sliced apples for dessert!
