As much as I LOVE getting away, there is something sweet about coming home!! (Especially to freshly cut grass….)
I’ve enjoyed lots of time on the front porch lately. Mom & Dad hooked us up with a swing for Christmas. Can’t complain about the view!
And the lake is just to the right! Gorgeous!!
We are also blessed with a pasture at the front of our neighborhood. I like it because we have the best of both worlds….the lake & the “country.”
Anyway, as I was driving to the gym today, I saw quite a site….a cow wandering around our ‘hood!
I felt like I should do something, but honestly, I didn’t know what to do. So I did what any typical girl from the suburbs would do….stopped my car and took LOTS of pictures! Hahaha…..
It was all fun and games till he started coming towards me!
Loving life here in the Butler house lately!!

This is hilarious! I remember visting a church out in the sticks when I was younger and a cow came by the window and sat there watching everyone sing! I will never forget it!

Ha thats funny! I stop and take pictures of wildlife all the time.. I even took a video of some deer we saw in the woods a few weekends ago.
