These are so simple, but such GREAT cardio moves!! Are you ready for this??
1) Jumping Rope
2) Jumping Jacks
My legs, specifically my lower legs, are one of my toughest areas to get definition. I just do about 10 minutes (alternating between the two) twice a week, and I feel like I can tell a difference. Get jumping!!
P.S. I posted about Advocare yesterday. Obviously there is NOTHING that can take the place of good old fashioned exercise and a clean, healthy, balanced diet. But after lots of research, I do believe this type of is effective when paired with exercise and a healthy diet. Gently cleansing every few months can REALLY benefit us.

I too love these 2 moves. But when I skip rope our dog really freaks out! I also like wacky jacks where you do sideways...google it. They are great!
I love jump rope and jumping jacks. Whenever I put together a circuit I also try and include these two moves! They are great at getting my heart rate up.
