Super Weight Loss Info & Encouragement

Although losing weight is tough, the principle behind it is actually pretty simple. Calories in vs. calories out. Eat less, move more.  Make healthier choices. Eat smaller portions. Drink lots of water. Get movin'. Get enough sleep. 

Your body is not a garbage can, so quit putting trash in it...(cokes, sweets, fried foods, etc.)

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." -1 Corinthians 16:19-20

21 day no junk food challenge. Hmm....I think I'm going to do this starting Monday.  Go big or go home, right?
